Velvet Star recipe
This bright iced tea keeps the blend simple, with fresh apple to echo Velvet Star’s fruit-and-spice ingredients.
What you need
- 1 teaspoon Velvet Star loose leaf tea
- 250 ml hot water
- Ice
- Fresh apple slices, to serve
Make it
- Steep Velvet Star in hot water for at least five minutes.
- Strain the tea and let it cool.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour over the tea and finish with fresh apple slices.
